MEET THE FOUNDER
Rachael has always had one foot in the business world and the other in the creative lane. She got her start at Broadcast Music, Inc. and later Warner Music Group with Atlantic Records, where she handled mechanical licensing and learned the ins and outs of the industry. That experience gave her a strong foundation in business and project management, but it also sparked her curiosity for the creative side of things.
Her photography career started almost by accident. While at BMI, her friends — many of them local performers — needed photos and promo content, so Rachael picked up her camera and started shooting. She’d studied photography in high school and spent some time modeling, which gave her a natural feel for how to make people comfortable in front of the lens. Before long, she was photographing artists and brands all over Nashville, and eventually hit the road as a touring photographer.

After years of life on the go, Rachael’s priorities shifted. Post-COVID, she wanted to slow down, stay closer to home, and create something that felt more rooted — something that blended her love for storytelling, strategy, and the creative process. That’s when Rock and Rae Media was born.
Today, Rachael brings her industry knowledge, artistic eye, and down-to-earth personality to every project. As the founder of Rock and Rae Media, she combines business strategy with creative direction to help clients grow with purpose. Rachael believes great content isn’t just about looking good — it’s about building something that lasts and feels true to who you are.
